Tecno-Saldature opens its doors to students: a journey into the heart of manufacturing
Last Friday, November 15, 2024, we had the honor of welcoming class 3A AFM/SIA from the Einaudi Institute to our headquarters in Prato di Correggio. The visit, organized as part of the “Manifatture Aperte” project during the MoRe Impresa Festival 2024, was a special opportunity to share with the young students our world of precision, innovation and passion for metalworking.
A bridge between school and business
The “Manifatture Aperte” project aims to bring young people closer to the world of work, allowing them to get up close and personal with the manufacturing realities of the area. Tecno-Saldature has always believed in the importance of dialoguing with new generations, not only to tell them about our work but also to show them the opportunities that the manufacturing sector can offer.
During the visit, the Einaudi students were able to explore the different operational areas of our company. We took them on a tour that showed them the entire cycle of our production, from the first stages of processing to precision quality control.
The importance of training for the future
One of the aspects we wanted to emphasize during the visit is the crucial role of training for those who want to work in a technical field like ours. In an ever-changing world, the skills required are changing rapidly, and we at Tecno-Welding are convinced that collaboration between schools and businesses is crucial to preparing young people for the challenges of the future.
An experience to be repeated
We are proud to have taken part in “Manifatture Aperte” and to have contributed to the success of the MoRe Impresa Festival. We firmly believe that initiatives like this can inspire young people and help them discover new and exciting avenues for their future.
Special thanks go to the Einaudi students and their teachers for their interest and attention during the visit. We hope to see some of them again soon, perhaps as future professionals ready to pick up the baton and carry on the tradition of manufacturing excellence.
