Tecno-Saldature S.r.l. has implemented a project to strengthen the company’s skills, co-financed by the Emilia-Romagna Region and the European Union under the PR-FESR 2021-2027 – Action 1.4.1, in support of industrial, digital, and green transition, for a grant of €50,000.00. The project involved bringing in consultants specializing in IT, digital marketing, and business organization, with the goal of innovating production processes, enhancing internal skills, and improving management efficiency. The activities promoted the digitization of operational workflows, the adoption of new performance monitoring tools, and more effective communication. The results achieved include increased productivity, improved work organization, and an overall strengthening of human capital, in line with the regional Smart Specialization Strategy (S3).
